Allegation of a curt remark

Dani Bensky, an Epstein victim who testified she was abused beginning at 17, told reporters Blanche was "very condescending" and that he said "get to the point" during their meeting earlier this month. Political insiders, however, labeled that claim "unequivocally false."

What survivors demanded

Bensky and other survivors pressed Blanche about why Ghislaine Maxwell was moved to a lower-security prison last summer and urged safeguards against any presidential pardon. Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence. On July 29, Senators unanimously approved a non-binding resolution from Sen. Jacky Rosen stating Maxwell should not receive clemency.
