The singer filed a supplemental brief in Los Angeles on Aug. 28 arguing against Marieangela King-Allman’s possible appointment, asserting the move is driven by money or fame. Court documents say the New Hampshire State Hospital and other family members oppose King-Allman because of her estrangement from Elijah, a previously filed divorce and an alleged refusal to assist Elijah and Kayti Pease before his arrest.
